Return Policy

At Casa & Home, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@casaandhomeshop.net
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack your return in its original packaging.
  3. Ship It Back: Send your package to the return address provided. Please include your order number for quick processing.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3Β business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and verified.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 5Β business days for inspection and refund processing.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Store Credit & Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we can issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
